Transfer Pricing Solutions respects and is committed to taking all reasonable measures to ensure your privacy. Standard user statistics such as hits, pages viewed, etc. are collected when you log on but, for example, your email address is not sourced or stored during this process. Personal information voluntarily submitted – e.g. when signing up for the newsletter, is and never will be disclosed to any third party without your express permission. Data, which does not disclose personal details you agree to provide, is compiled and used to help improve this website.

Service Delivery Policy

Upon payment you will receive an email within 24hrs of the next business day from Transfer Pricing Solutions confirming receipt of your order and an estimated delivery time of your final report based on your specific request. Transfer Pricing Solutions aims to commence your study within two business days of receiving the order. Timing on the completion of the report will be dependent on your preferences in the order. If your request is urgent, please indicate this with your requested delivery date. We will use our best endeavours to accommodate you.

Delivery of your benchmarking analysis report is electronic with the format dependent on whether you requested a Transfer Pricing Benchmarking branded report or a ‘white label’ report. Transfer Pricing Benchmarking branded reports will be delivered in a pdf document and cannot be edited. A white label report will be delivered as a Microsoft word document and can be edited however no responsibility will be taken for any edits made to the report.

Cancellation Policy

Should you wish to cancel your order please notify us within 24hours of placing the order and your payment will be refunded, less the merchant fees charged to us at payment.

Once a benchmarking study has been commenced, you may cancel during step 2 however you will be charged an AUD$1,500 database fee and pro-rata of the fee depending on the progress of the benchmarking study.

No cancellation or refund is possible once the analysis has moved into step 3.
